Shofu Zirconomer Improved is a reinforced Glass Ionomer restorative cement containing special zirconia fillers. It represents a new class of restorative material that delivers the strength and durability comparable to silver amalgam while retaining all the protective benefits of glass ionomer—completely eliminating the hazards of mercury.

With sustained fluoride release, excellent mechanical properties, and chemical bonding to enamel and dentin, Zirconomer Improved is ideal for permanent posterior restorations, high-caries-risk patients, and cases requiring strong structural cores and bases.
