Super Endo Blue rotary files are thermally treated nickel–titanium (NiTi) endodontic instruments developed to provide superior flexibility, enhanced resistance to cyclic fatigue, and safer canal preparation. These controlled memory files closely follow the natural anatomy of the root canal, significantly reducing the risk of canal transportation, ledging, or perforation.

Unlike conventional NiTi files, Super Endo Blue files can be pre-bent similar to stainless steel instruments, allowing better access in curved, calcified, or complex canals. Any deformation can be reversed through heat treatment during autoclaving or glass bead sterilization, restoring the file to its original shape.

Manufactured using high-quality thermo-mechanically processed controlled memory wires, these files offer predictable performance, efficient debris removal, and excellent dentin preservation during biomechanical preparation.

Direction to Use :

• Begin with a #15 hand file (2% taper) and an orifice opener rotary file
• Establish glide path using 19/2% file
• Narrow canals: 20/4% or 20/6%
• Medium canals: 25/4% or 25/6%
• Wide canals: 35/4%
• Determine working length using EAL or radiograph
• For severely curved or calcified canals, start with #8 or #10 K-file
• Use files in a gentle brushing motion without forcing
• Clean flutes frequently, irrigate, and recapitulate with a K-file
• Always use recommended speed and torque settings
