UU Ortho mono crystalline sapphire transparent ceramic brackets are designed to combine esthetics, precision, and patient comfort. Manufactured using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology, they provide accurate slot dimensions and a smooth slot surface to reduce archwire friction and enhance treatment efficiency.

The design includes rectangular funneled entrances for easier archwire insertion, malleable comfort ball hooks to minimize gingival impingement, and rounded surfaces toward the tooth to reduce irritation to oral mucosa. Occlusal and gingival notches assist in accurate placement and allow minor adjustments before curing the adhesive. The 80-gauge mesh base ensures an anatomically formed fit and maximum bond strength, with multiple mesh base shapes for easy tube placement.
