Shofu Super Snap X-Treme Kit is the latest and most advanced addition to the Super-Snap range, engineered to deliver an exceptionally smooth surface with a naturally lustrous polish on direct aesthetic restorations. Designed to exceed expectations, Super-Snap X-TREME allows clinicians to achieve long-lasting aesthetics with ease and precision.

These aluminium oxide–impregnated disks feature increased thickness, allowing greater pressure application while maintaining excellent tactile feedback. Advanced 3D coating technology, adopted from the semiconductor industry, enables the superfine red disks to produce a satiny, natural gloss in just a few strokes with minimal surface scarring.

Directions for Use

• Mount the disk securely on the dedicated Super-Snap mandrel
• Insert the shank fully into the handpiece chuck according to manufacturer instructions
• Perform a test run to ensure smooth, safe operation without run-out
• Apply uniform pressure for finishing and feather-light pressure for polishing
• Use unidirectional movement to prevent secondary scratches and marginal steps
• Follow the recommended color-coded finishing and polishing sequence
• Avoid skipping steps to maintain optimal polish quality
• Use suction to remove moisture and debris during the procedure
• Wear protective mask and eyewear during use
• Do not exceed the maximum speed of 12,000 rpm
• Clean debris from the restoration after each polishing step
• After use, disinfect and sterilize the metal mandrel
• Dispose of Super-Snap disks after each use
