NovaBone PerioGlas is a bioactive glass-based synthetic bone graft particulate used for alloplastic bone grafting procedures. It is composed of elements naturally found in bone, including calcium (Ca), sodium (Na), silicon (Si), phosphorus (P), and oxygen (O), ensuring excellent biocompatibility.

The particulate material has a particle size range of 90–710 microns and is designed to bond with both bone and soft tissue. PerioGlas undergoes a time-dependent surface modification when implanted, enabling predictable bone regeneration. It is widely used by clinicians, periodontists, and oral surgeons due to its ease of use and consistent clinical outcomes.
