The Bio-Art Plastvac P7-Plus is a high-performance deep-drawing vacuum forming unit designed for efficient thermoforming applications in dental practices. It enables you to quickly and economically fabricate temporary bridges, bite splints, bleaching trays, face masks, and more—eliminating the need for outsourcing to dental laboratories.

With its powerful motor and high suction capacity, the Plastvac P7-Plus outperforms many comparable models in the market. Despite its strong performance, the unit operates comparatively quietly. The motor builds vacuum only when required, minimizing noise levels and ensuring comfort for both staff and patients during continuous operation.

The unit is ready for immediate use without any preheating time. Its carbon / carbon fiber heating resistors provide ultra-fast and evenly distributed heating for consistent thermoforming results.

The rotatable model plate and swiveling heating element allow thicker foils to be heated on both sides and simplify removal. It ensures smooth processing of almost all thermoforming foils. Larger, unpolished models can be embedded using the included model pot with glass beads, while trimmed or flatter impressions can be deep-drawn directly on the perforated surface.
