Bio-Art Microblaster – Compact Pneumatic Micro-Etching Device
The Bio-Art Microblaster is an effective, handy, and compact pneumatic device designed for precise surface blasting in dental clinics and laboratories. Easy to install and operate, it is ideal for micro-retentions, oxide removal, and delicate surface treatments where accuracy and control are essential.
Widely preferred for its practicality and ergonomic design, the microblaster ensures precise blasting in small areas while protecting adjacent surfaces. It is equipped with a sintered carbide ejecting needle, providing superior durability and high accuracy during use. The system is also environment-friendly and suitable for both intraoral and laboratory applications.

Directions for Use:
- Remove the switch button clamp.
- For the Plus model, select the appropriate removable nozzle (90° for posterior intraoral work; 138° for laboratory and anterior intraoral work) and fix it using the provided nuts.
- Fill the tank up to 3/4 capacity with aluminum oxide and secure it with the abrasive lid.
- Press the switch button to begin the blasting process.
- Maintain a distance of 5–10 mm between the needle tip and the working surface during blasting.
