Bausch Arti-Fol® Ultra-Thin 8µ Articulating Film is a precision occlusion test material designed to detect even the smallest high spots measuring only a few microns. Such minimal interferences can contribute to dysfunctions (often TMD) and discomfort, making ultra-thin, highly accurate marking essential.

With its extremely thin yet tear-resistant structure, Arti-Fol® ensures precise delineation of occlusal contacts, especially on highly polished ceramic or metal surfaces. The hydrophilic color coating enhances marking even on moist occlusal surfaces, providing intense and clearly visible results.

The films are available in multiple shades, including a special white version ideal for use on colored modeling waxes. Double-sided variants allow marking of antagonistic contacts for comprehensive occlusal analysis.

Directions for Use

• Place a strip of articulating film between the teeth.
• Ask the patient to perform the desired mandibular movements.
• The film will mark contact points during biting and grinding.
• Adjust high spots as required and repeat if necessary.
