Baot JC Enamel – Metal Ceramic Series is a high-quality enamel ceramic designed for metal framework restorations. It is formulated to provide natural translucency and lifelike esthetics in metal ceramic crowns and bridges.

For use, mix the enamel powder with modeling liquid on a glass slab to achieve a smooth, workable consistency. Apply the desired shade to build the dentine layer. Then apply the enamel, starting from the middle third of the crown and extending outward with an extremely thin surface layer to complete the final tooth shape.

To compensate for firing shrinkage, the restoration should be contoured slightly larger than the final desired size. Fire in a porcelain furnace at approximately 910°C following standard ceramic firing protocols.
